DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Paragraph C of Section 19.08.020 of the San
8 Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to read:

"C. Public and private uses as follows, subject to a condi-
10 tional use permit:
1. Churches,

2. Public libraries,

3. Educational institutions of a nonprofit nature,
14
4. civic or community clubs,
15
5. Country clubs and golf courses, except miniature gol
16
courses and similar commercial enterprises,
17
6. Fire and police stations,
18
7. Museums not operated for profit,
19
8. Electrical substations,
20
9. Children's nurseries,
21
10. State authorized, certified or licensed family care
22
homes, foster homes or group homes serving seven or
23
more mentally disordered or otherwise handicapped
24
persons or dependent and neglected children,
11. Guest houses."
