ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 605,
ADOPTED JUNE 12, 1915, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO," BY MAKING CERTAIN
SUBSTITUTIONS THEREIN.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOllOWS:

SECTION ONE: Ordinance No. 605, Section Two, adopted June 12,
1915, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"That the City of San Bernardino purchase of and from the owners
thereof all that certain real property situated in the City of San Bernardino
described as follows, to-wit:
lots numbered Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Fourteen (14)
of the Rancho San Bernardino, as per plat thereof recorded
in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of the County Recorder
of the County of San Bernardino, for the sum of Four
Thousand Dollars ($4,000.OD), and that said real property
when acquired be set apart and dedicated for the purpose
of laying out and maintaining thereon a public park
excepting that the West 30.00 feet of said lots 5 and 6
lying South of the South line of the property conveyed to
the San Bernardino County Flood Control District by
document recorded in Book 8041, page 1072, Official Records
of said County, which portion shall be set apart and dedi-
cated for public street and highway purposes.

SECTION TWO: The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
Ordinance to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of San Bernardino.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by
the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a
reqular meeti ng thereof, hel d on the 4 th day of .January
