ORDINANCE NO. MC-152
ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 82-3,
GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF KENDALL DRIVE AND
THIRD AVENUE.)
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
generally located at the northeast corner of Kendall Drive and
Third Avenue, is rezoned from C-2 Community Commercial to C-3A
Limited General Commercial:
All that real property situated in the County
of San Bernardino, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:
Being a portion of the northeast 1/4 of Section 21,
Township 1 north, Range 4 west, San Bernardino
meridian, in the County of San Bernardino, State
of California, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly
line of Third Avenue (60.00 feet wide) and the
northerly line of Kendall Drive (80.00 feet wide)
as shown on that Map of Tract No. 2937 as per
plat recorded in Book 41 of Maps, page 28
records of said County; thence southerly along
the northerly line of Kendall Drive a distance
of 200.00 feet to the northwesterly line of
Lot 42, said Tract No. 2937; thence northeasterly
along said northwesterly line a distance of 160
feet to an intersection with a line that is
170.00 feet southerly of and parallel with the
centerline of 40th Street (70.00 feet wide) as
shown on said !1ap of Tract No. 2937, said line
being the former boundary line of the City of
San Bernardino, as also shown on said Map of
Tract No. 2937; thence westerly along said
parallel line to the aforementioned easterly
line of Third Avenue thence southerly along
said easterly line to the Point of Beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this

ordinance.
