ORDINANCE NO.
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
8.36.030 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE THAT AN
3 ABANDONED, WRECKED, DISMANTLED OR INOPERATIVE VEHICLE MAY BE
ENCLOSED BY A FENCE OR WALL WHERE IT IS NOT VISIBLE FROM THE
4 STREET OR OTHER PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.

SECTION 1.
Section 8.36.030 Subsection A of the San

Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to read:

"A. A vehicle or part thereof which is completely enclosed
10 within a building, or by a fence or wall, in a lawful manner where
11 it is not visible from the street or other public or private
]2 Iproperty; or"

14 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
