ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
13.08 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION
13.08.055 WAIVING CONNECTION FEES DESIGNATED FOR OFF-SITE TRUNK
LINES AND COLLECTION FACILITIES REQUIRED FOR THE DISPOSAL OF
SANITARY SEWAGE, AND FOR CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR HOUSES BEING RELOCATED WITHIN THE
CITY DUE TO A DISASTER.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 13.08.055 is added to the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code to read:
]0
"13.08.055 Exemptions.
]1 The fees prescribed in Section 13.08.050 shall not be charged
]2 for houses being relocated from one existing sewer line to another
]3 existing sewer line within the City as a result of moving them
14 from a disaster area where the resolution of the Mayor and Common
]5 Council declaring the disaster area specifically references this
16 section of the Code."
