2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
15.56 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION
3 15.56.032 WAIVING PAHK AND RECREATION CONSTRUCTION FEES FOR HOUSES
BEING RELOCATED WITHIN THE CITY DUE TO A DISASTER.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
5 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 15.56.032 is added to the San Bernardino
7 Municipal Code to read:

"15.56.032 Exemptions.
9 No fee, as prescribed in Chapter 15.56, shall be charged for
10 houses being relocated from one site to another site within the
11 City as a result of moving the house from a disaster area where
12 the resolution of the Mayor and Corrumon Council declaring the
13 disaster area specifically references this section of the Code."
