2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
2.26.050 SUBSECTION B OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO MAKE
3 A TECHNICAL CORRECTION.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 2.26.050 Subsection B of the San
7 Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to read:
8
"B. If a member of the commission shall fail to attend three
9 consecutive regular meetings without being excused by the
10 commission, he shall automatically cease to be a member of the
11 commission, and the Mayor shall fill such vacancy as set forth in
12 Section 2.26.020."
