ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO PROVIDING ZONING
DESIGNATION C-M CO~~ERCIAL-MANUFACTURING FOR CERTAIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY CURRENTLY PENDING ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDIN
(PREZONE, APPROXIMATELY 17.40 ACRES OF LAND LYING EAST OF WATERMAN
AVENUE AND SOUTH OF THIRD STREET).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO D
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pre zoning of Certain Territory.

The following described property located on an irregularly
9
shaped parcel of land having a frontage of approximately 1,060
feet on the south side of Third Street and a frontage of 184 feet
10
on the east side of Waterman Avenue and being located approximatel
11
300 feet south of the centerline of Third Street is declared to be
12
in the C-M Commercial-Manufacturing District, effective on the
13
effective date of annexation of the property to the City of San
14
Bernardino:

All that real property situated in the County of
San Bernardino, State of California, described as
follows:

Those portions of Block 45 of the Rancho San
Bernardino, as per plat thereof recorded in Book
7 of Maps, Page 2, records of the County Recorder
of San Bernardino County, State of California and
those portions of the adjoining streets described
as follows:

Beginning at an angle point in the present Corporate
Limits of the City of San Beranrdino, said point being
on the centerline of 3rd Street and 201.25 feet east
of the centerline of Waterman Avenue; thence leaving
said City Limit Line east along the centerline of
said 3rd Street a distance of 1,070 feet, more or
less, to the west line of the east one-half of Lot
23 Block 44, of said Rancho San Bernardino; thence
south along said west line a distance of 42 feet,
more or less, to the south line of said 3rd Street
and an angle point in said City Limit Line, thence
along said City Limit Line the following courses
and distances, thence south 533 feet, more or less,
to an angle point therein; thence west 1,260 feet,
more or less, to an angle point therein, thence

1 north a distance of 354.1 feet, more or less, to
an angle point therein, thence east a distance of
2 201.25 feet, more or less, to an angle point therein;
thence north a distance of 311.25 feet, more or less,
3 to the Point of Beginning.
