2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, N~ENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
3 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 82-4,
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF WATEmffiN AVENUE, NORTH AND
4 SOUTH OF COMMERCIAL ROAD) .
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located on the east side of Waterman Avenue, north and
10 south of Commercial Road, is rezoned from R-3-1200 Multiple
11 Family Residential to M-IA Limited Light Manufacturing:

All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:

Lots 9 to 30 inclusive, Tract No. 6548, in the
City of San Bernardino, as per plat recorded
in Book 84 of Maps, pages 39 and 40, Records
of San Bernardino County, California.

Lots 33 to 44, inclusive, Tract No. 6548 in
the City of San Bernardino, as per plat
recorded in Book 84 of Maps, pages 39 and 40,
Records of San Bernardino County, California.

Excepting therefrom all that portion of said
Lot 44, lying northerly of a line running
south 890 57' 25" east from a point on the
west line of Lot 44, 136.63 feet north of
the southwest corner thereof, to a point on
the east line of said Lot 44, 136.33 feet
north of the southeast corner thereof.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by refer-

ence in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino l1unicipal Code

is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this

ordinance.
