2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
10.52.030 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE; AND AUTHORIZING
:1 A FORTY MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT ON THIRTIETH STREET BETWEEN "H"
STREET AND VALENCIA AVENUE.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 10.52.030 of the San Bernardino
7 Municipal Code is amended to read:

"10.52.030 Forty miles an hour.
9 In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of' Sections
10 22357, 22358, 22360, and 22413 of the California Vehicle Code, the
I] Mayor and Common Council do hereby determine and declare, upon the
]2 basis of an engineering and traffic investigation, that the prima
]3 facie speed limit of forty miles per hour shall be established on
14 the following streets or portions thereof in the City:
]5 Arrowhead Avenue: between Esperanza Street and Rialto
Avenue; between Seventh Street and Thompson Place; between
]6 Thompson place and Kendall Drive.
]7 Base Line Street: between Sierra Way and Bobbitt Drive;
between Muscott Street and "H" Street.

Del Rosa Avenue: between Highland Avenue and a point seven
]9 hundred thirty feet northerly; between Marshall Boulevard and
Eureka Street; between Foothill Boulevard and Bonita Vista Drive.

"E" Street: between Century Avenue and Benedict Street;
2] between Benedict Street and Rialto Avenue.
22 Electric Avenue: between Fortieth Street and Northpark
Boulevard.

Fifth Street: between Waterman Avenue and Sierra Way.

"G" Street: between Mill Street and Rialto Avenue.

Golden Avenue: between Highland Avenue and Lynwood Drive.

"H" Street: between Base Line Street and Marshall Boulevard.

Highland Avenue: between Valencia Avenue and Arden Avenue.

9 Muscott Street: between Base Line Street and Highland Avenue.
10 Ninth Street: between Sierra Way and Waterman Avenue;
between Musoott Street and "H" Street.

Pepper Avenue: between Pacific Electric Railroad and the

13 Perris Hill Park Road: between Pacific Street and Twenty-
first Street.

Sierra Way: between Mill Street and Rialto Avenue; between
15 Fifth Street and Thirtieth Street.

Sterling Avenue: between Highland Avenue and Pumalo Street.

Third Street: between Waterman Avenue and Sierra Way.
