ORDINANCE NO.
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER 5.04
OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE THAT FAILURE BY A
3 LICENSEE TO PERFORM ANY REQUIRED ACT OR ANY HISREPRESENTATION
HADE IN PERFORMING SUCH ACT SHALL BE GOOD CAUSE FOR SUSPENSION OR
4 REVOCATION OF THE BUSINESS LICENSE OF SUCH LICENSEE.
5 THE MAYOR AND COHMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 5.04.650 of the San Bernardino Municipal

I Code is hereby amended by adding Paragraph D thereto to read:
"D. The omission, or causing or permitting the omission, of
9

any act or
II performed
duty which is required by this Code or other law to be
by the licensee or any off icer, employee or agent thereof,
11
in the operation of the business or any misrepresentation made in
12
the performance of such act or duty."
