2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
18.24 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO HUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO FINAL

SHALL BE RECORDED PRIOR TO OR CONCURRENT WITH THE RECORDATION

DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. section 18.24.260 of the San Bernardino
I Municipal Code is added to read:
"18.24.260 Recordation of Conditions, Covenants and

Restrictions.

The Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions for each
I tract shall be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder

prior to or concurrently with recordation of the final map."
