ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
5.76.500 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE THAT
MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION RATES SHALL BE ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION.

THE MAYOR AND CO~lON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 5.76.500 of the San Bernardino Municipal
7 Code is amended to read:
8 "The rates which shall be charged the public by medical
9 transportation carriers shall be such as are prescribed in the
10 carrier's permit, and shall not exceed the maximum rates set forth
II in the schedule for such charges fixed by resolution adopted by
]2 the Mayor and Common Council, All rate changes subsequently
]3 adopted shall be adopted only after a duly noticed public hearing
]4 is held relating thereto."
