2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMF.NDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
3 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 82-12
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SEVENTH STREET APPROXIMATEL
4 191 FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF ARROWHEAD AVENUE) .
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
8
generally located on the south side of Seventh Street approxi-
9
mately 191 feet east of the centerline of Arrowhead Avenue, is

rezoned from R-3-1200 Multiple Family Residential District to

"T" Transitional Zoning District:

All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:

That portion of Lot 6, Block 47, of the City of
San Bernardino, in the City of San Bernardino,
County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as per plat thereof recorded in Book 7 of Maps,
page 1, records of said County, described as
follows:

Commencing 150 feet east of the northwest corner
of said Block 47; thence south 150 feet; thence
east 100 feet; thence north 150 feet; thence
west 100 feet to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by refer-
