MC-200 2 ORDINANCE REZONING TWO PORTIONS OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 3 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 82-5, GENERALLY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 1,050 FEET NORTH OF THE BARSTOW 4 FREEWAY [I-15E] BETWEEN CABLE CANYON ROAD AND DEERCREST DRIVE AND SOUTHERLY OF THE COMMUNITY OF DEVORE). 5 THE MAYOR AND CO~10N COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO 6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; 7 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino 8 Municipal Code, the real property described In Exhibit "A" Parcel 9 No.1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, 10 generally located approximately 1,050 feet north of the Barstow ]1 Freeway (I-15E) between Cable Canyon Road and Deercrest Drive and ]2 southerly of the community of Devore, is rezoned from R-1-7200 ]3 Single Family Residential District to R-1-18,000 Single Family ]4 Residential District, upon the approval of the developer, which ]5 approval has been granted orally before the Mayor and Common ]6 Council. (Limited to 114 units) 17 SECTION 2.
