MC-203 2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 3 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 82-13 GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MILL STREET BETWEEN 4 DOOLITTLE DRIVE AND LENA ROAD). 5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 6 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino 7 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property, 8 9 generally located on the north side of Mill Street between I Doolittle Drive and Lena Road, is rezoned from M-l Light Industria I District to M-lA Limited Light Industrial District: 10 11 12 All that real property situated in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: 13 14 That portion of the east three-fourths of Lot 5, Block 45 of Rancho San Bernardino, in the City of San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, in the office of the Recorder of said County, more particularly described as follows: 15 16 17 Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 5; thence north 890 51' 00" west, along the south line of said lot, a distance of 607.93 feet to the southwest corner of the east three-fourths of said lot; thence northerly along the west boundary of the east three-fourths of said lot a distance of 393.37 feet to a point; thence south 890 51' 00" east, parallel with the south line of said lot, a distance of 350 feet to a point; thence north 000 05' 32" east a distance of 81.63 feet more or less to a point on a line that is parallel with and lies 475 feet north of, measured at right angles to the south line of said Lot 5; thence south 890 51' 00" east, along said parallel line, a distance of 258.32 feet to the east line of said lot; thence south 000 08' 20" west along said east line, a distance of 475 feet to the Point of Beginning. 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 Excepting therefrom that portion conveyed for street purposes. 27 28 Containing six acres more or less.
