2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO PROVIDING ZONING
DESIGNATION C-3A LIMITED GENERAL COMMERCIAL FOR CERTAIN DESCRIBED
3 PROPERTY CURRENTLY PENDING ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF SAN BERNAR-
DINO (PREZONE, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF ~EL ROSA AVENUE APPROX-
4 lMATELY 360 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF PUMALO STREET).
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. prezoning of Certain Territory.

The following described property located on the east side

of Del Rosa Avenue approximately 360 feet north of the centerline
9
of pumalo Street is declared to be in the C-3A Limited General
Commercial District, effective on the effective date of annexatio
of the property to the City of San Bernardino:
All that real property situated in the County of
San Bernardino, State of California, described as
follows:
Parcel No.1 of Parcel Map No. 5985 as recorded
in Book 57, page 67 of Parcel Map records of San
Bernardino County, California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a
