ORDINANCE: NO.
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
19.44.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT
3 AUTO~IOBILE PARKING WITHIN THE "0" OPEN DISTRICT, SUBJECT TO A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
5 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 19.44.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
7 Code is amended by adding Subsection F to read as follows:

"F. Automobile pi'lrking subject to a conditional use permit.
9 Parking facility shall be developed in accordance with the
10 regulations in Section 19.56.010."
11 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
12 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San

Bernardino at a
