2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
6.16 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO THE
3 KEEPING OF FOWL TO INCLUDE PIGEONS.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 6.16.010 of the San Bernardino Municipal
7 Code is amended to read:
8 "It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to keep
9 more than twenty-four chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, or pigeons
10 within one hundred feet of any house occupied by human beings as
11 a dwelling."

SECTION 2. Section 6.16.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
13 Code is amended to read:

lilt is unlawful for any person I firm or corporation to keep
15 any chicken, duck, goose, turkey, or pigeon within fifty feet of
16 any house occupied by human beings as a dwelling."
