AND 19.77 TO THE SAN BERNl\RDP:O rWNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH A
PROCEDURE FOR REVIEH AND APPROV.AL OF PLANS FOR COMMERCIAL,
INDUSTRIAL AND MULTI-Fl\~lILY RESIDeNTIAL DEVELOPMENTS INTENDED FOR

THE MAYOR AND CUMMON COUNcr, OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 18.74 is added to the S~n Be~nardino
Municipal Code to read:
"CHAPTER 18.74
REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF PLANS
18.74.010 Review of plans - Procedure.
A procedure for review and approval of plans is established.
18.74.020 ~men required.
All subdivisions proposed for comnlercial, industrial or multi
family residential developments intended for occupancy by more
than two families shall be subject to the review process
established under Chapter 19.77."
SECTION 2. Chapter 19.77 is added to the San Ber"ardino
Municipal Code to read:
"Chapter 19.77
PROCEDURE FOR REVIEW OF PLANS
19.77.010 Review of plans - Procedure.
The Planning Department shall establish a procedure for
review and approval of plans to expedite processing of
applications for development and improvement of commercial.
indus~rial and multi-family residential developments intended tor
occupancy by more than two families.
