PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNAR-
DINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 82-18, A RECTANGULARLY-SHAPED
4 PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 1.09 A~RES HAVING A
FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 105 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LYNWOOD
5 DRIVE &~D BEING LOCATED APPROXI~~TELY 215 FEET WEST OF THE
CENTERLINE OF HILDAGO DRIVE.)

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
7 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
11 1.09 acres having a frontage of approximately 105 feet on the
12 north side of Lynwood Drive and being located approximately 215
13 feet west of the centerline of Hildago Drive is rezoned from
14 PRD-14U Planned Residential Development District at 14 dwelling
15 units per acre to R-3-3000 Multiple Family Residential District:
16 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
17 of California, described as follows:
18 The west 105 feet of the west one-half of the
south one-half of Lot No.5, Block 20, Orange
19 Grove Tract, West Highland, as per plat re-
corded in Book 11, Page 14, records of said
20 County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by refer-
ence in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code
is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
