THE MAYOE AND COMMOn COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BEENARDINO DO
6 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 2.50.010 of the San Bernardino Municipal
8 Code is amended to read:

"2.50.010 Approval.
10 The Civil Service Eules and Regulations of the Civil service
11 Board of the City duly adopted by said Board on the 20th day of
12 November, 1959, being Rules 100-608 inclusive, and amendments
13 adopted subsequent thereto, including Rule Nos. 120, 301, 405, 408
14 and 507 as amended, each and every Rule and Regulation being on
15 file in the office of the City Clerk of the City, are approved."
