ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
19.78 OF TITLE 19 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING
SECTION 19.78.200 RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS FOR SURFACE
MINING AND LAND RECLAMATION.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 19.78 of Title 19 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code is amended by adding Section 19.78.200 to read as
follows:
"19.78.200 Development agreements for surface mining.
The provisions of Article 2.5 (commencing with Section
65864) of Chapter 4 of Title 7 of the Government Code of the State
of California, as the same may now exist or hereafter be amended,
are adopted for and made applicable to surface mining and land
reclamation developments in the City of San Bernardino."
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a
