ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 82-20, A RECTANGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 1.27 ACRES
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF POPLAR STREET AND EUREKA
STREET).
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
1.27 acres, located at the southwest corner of Poplar Street and
Eureka Street, is rezoned from R-I-7200 Single Family Residential
to PRD-7U Planned Residential Development at seven dwelling units
per acre:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
Lots 1 through 6, Lots 11 and 12, and vacated
alley, all in block D, W.A. Boren's Subdivision,
per map recorded in Book 2 of Maps, Page 9, Records
of San Bernardino County, California.
(PARCEL NO. NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE, PETITION NO.
82-20.)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at an adiourner'l regular meeting thereof, held on the
