2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNAR-
DINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 82-23, A RECTANGULARLY-SHAPED
4 PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .44 ACRE HAVING A
FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 45 FEET ON THE EAST SIDE OF TIPPECANOE
5 AVENUE AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 480 FEET SOUTH OF THE
CENTERLINE OF BASELINE STREET.)

THE MAYOR AND COW~ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
7 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10
a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
11
.44 acre having a frontage of approximately 45 feet on the east
12
side of Tippecanoe Avenue and being located approximately 480 feet
13
south of the centerline of Baseline Street is rezoned from
14
R-1-7200 Single Family Residential District to C-3A Limited Genera
15
Commercial District:

All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:

A portion of the west 1/2 of Lot 7, Block 51,
40 acre survey of the Rancho San Bernardino,
State of California, as per plat recorded in
Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, Records of said County,
the following described parcel:

Beginning at the centerline of Baseline Street
and Tippecanoe Avenue thence East 44 feet thence
South 476.25 feet to the Point of Beginning,
thence East 421.68+ feet, thence South 45+ feet,
thence west 421.68-feet to the East line of
Tippecanoe Avenue, thence North 45.22+ feet
along the East side of Tippecanoe Avenue to the
Point of Beginning.
