PARCEL OF LAND, N1ENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNAR-
DINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 82-26,A RECTANGULARLY-SHAPED
4 PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 2.38 ACRES RAVING A
FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 220 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PUMALO
5 STREET AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 580 FEET EAST OF THE
CENTERLINE OF DEL ROSA AVENUE.)

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
7 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
11 2.38 acres having a frontage of approximately 220 feet on the
12 south side of pumalo Street and being located approximately 580
13 feet east of the centerline of Del Rosa Avenue is rezoned from
]4 C-3A Limited General Commercial District to R-3-1200 Multiple
15 Family Residential District:
16 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
17 of California, described as follows:
18 Orange Grove Tract East 220 feet of West 352 feet
of North 1/2 of Lot 2, Block 9 and South 21.25
19 feet, street closed on adjoining on North as
recorded in Book of Maps 11/14, records of San
20 Bernardino County, California.

SECTION 2. The zonlng map, which is incorporated by refer-

ence in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code is

amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this

ordinance.
