2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SM1 BERNARDINO PROVIDING ZONING
DESIGNATION R-1-5 ACRE SINGLE-FA/lILY RESIDENTIAL FOR CERTAIN
3 DESCRIBED PROPERTY CURRENTLY PENDING ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO (PREZONE, AN IRREGULARLY-SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND
4 CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 77 ACRES LOCATED GENERALLY NORTH OF
SAN BERNARDINO STATE COLLEGE AND EAST OF DEVIL'S CANYON).

THE MAYOR AND CO~10N COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Prezoning of Certain Territory.
8 The following described property, an irregularly-shaped
9 parcel of land consisting of approximately 77 acres located
10 generally north of San Bernardino State College and east of
11 Devil's Canyon is declared to be in the R-1-5 Acre Single-Family
]2 Residential District, effective on the effective date of
13 annexation of the property to the City of San Bernardino:
14 All that real property situated in the County of
San Bernardino, State of California, described as
15 follows:
16 Beginning at a point on the present corporate
limits of the City of San Bernardino, said
17 point being Station M-27 in the north line of
the Rancho Muscupiabe, thence East along the
18 north line Rancho Muscupiabe 883.90 feet to
the east line of said Government Lot 14, thence
19 North along the east line of said Government
Lot 14, 560.34 feet, thence easterly 720 feet to
20 a point that is 710 feet East of west line of
Government Lot 15 and South 456.64 feet of north
21 line of Government Lot 15, thence North 456.64
feet to the north line of Government Lot 15,
22 thence West 710 feet to Southeast corner of Lot
11, which is Northwest corner of Lot 15, thence
23 North along the East line of Government Lot 11,
1,310 feet more or less to north line of Govern-
24 ment Lot 11, thence West 1,320 feet along north
lot line of said Lot 11 to west line of said Lot
25 11, thence south 1,830 feet more or less along
the west line of Lot 11 and 14 to north line of
26 Rancho Muscupiabe and thence southeasterly along
the north line of said Rancho Muscupiabe 667.8
27 feet more or less to the point of beginning in
San Bernardino County, California.
