ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 82-28, A RECTANGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 1.2 ACRES
HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 350 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
MARSHALL BOULEVARD AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET WEST
OF THE CENTERLINE OF STERLING AVENUE).
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
1.2 acres having a frontage of approximately 350 feet on the
south side of Marshall Boulevard and being located approximately
300 feet west of the centerline of Sterling Avenue, is rezoned
from C-l Neighborhood Commercial to R-3-3000 Multiple Family
Residential District:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lots 5 and 6 in Block 19 of the
Orange Grove Tract, as per plat recorded in Book
11 of Maps, Page 14, records of San Bernardino
County described as follows: Beginning at a point
that is 300 west and 44 feet south of the
intersection of the centerline of Marshall
Boulevard and Sterling Avenue. Thence south 150
feet; thence west 350 feet; thence north 150 feet
to the south line of Marshall Boulevard; thence
east along the south line of Marshall Boulevard
350 feet to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
