ORDINANCE NO. nC-260
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
19.28.060 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO
3 BUILDING HEIGHT IN THE C-3 GENERAL COMMERCIAL AND C-3A LIMITED
GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONES TO INCREASE MAXIMUM HEIGHT FROM THIRTY-
4 FIVE FEET TO FORTY-FIVE FEET.
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 19.28.060 of the San Bernardino
8
Municipal Code is amended to read:

"19.28.060 Building height.
10
Maximum building height shall be forty-five feet; provided
11
that within seventy-five feet of any single family residential
12
district no building shall exceed one story with a maximum height
13
of twenty feet unless the Commission or Mayor and Common Council
14
determine that due to topographical or neighborhood conditions,
15
such restrictive height is not practical or necessary."
