2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. MC-232; MAKING A TECHNICAL CHANGE BY CHANGING THE SAN BERNAR-
3 DINO MUNICIPAL CODE DESIGNATION OF SECTION 19.78.200 TO READ
SECTION 19.78.120, AND REPEALING SECTION 19.78.200.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. MC-232 Section 1 is amended to
7 read:

"Section 1. Chapter 19.78 of the San Bernardino Municipal
9 Code is amended by adding Section 19.78.120 to read:
10 19.78.120 Development agreements for surface mining.
11 The provisions of Article 2.5 (commencing with Section
12 65864)of Chapter 4 of Title 7 of the Government Code of the State
13 of California, as the same may now exist or hereafter be amended,
14 are adopted for and made applicable to surface mining and land
15 reclamation developments in the City of San Bernardino."

SECTION 2. Section 19.78.200 of the San Bernardino Munici-
17 pal Code is repealed.
18 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
19 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
