2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 3978 RELATING TO CHANGE OF ZONE PETITION NO. 1161, LOCATED AT
3 254 WEST SEVENTH STREET - NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF
SEVENTH STREET AND ARROWHEAD AVENUE; AND CORRECTING THE LEGAL
4 DESCRIPTION THEREIN AND MAKING OTHER TECHNICAL CHANGES.
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 3978 Section 1 is amended to read:
8 "SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 generally located on the northeast corner of the intersection of
11 7th Street and Arrowhead Avenue at 254 West 7th Street, is rezoned
12 from R-3-1200 Multiple Family Residential Zoning District to C-4
13 Central Business District Land Use zoning District:
14 All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
15 State of California, described as follows:
16 That portion of Lot 2, Block 50 of the City
of San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in
17 Book 7 of Maps;page 1, records of said
County, described as follows:

Commencing at a point on the South line of
said Lot, 62.5 feet West of the intersection
of the South line of said Lot with the
Westerly line of what is known as Pearl
Street, said point being 87.5 feet West of
the Southeast corner of said Lot 2; running
thence North 149 feet and 9 inches; thence
West 52 ft. and six inches; thence South 149
ft. and 9 inches to the North line of 7th
Street; thence East 52.5 feet to the point
of beginning.

Together with a right of ingress and egress
over a strip of land 10 feet wide on the West
