ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-1,
A RECTANGULARLY-SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROX-
IMATELY 50 FEET ON THE EAST SIDE OF BELLE STREET AND BEING LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY 285 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF 21ST STREET).
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land having a frontage of approx-
imately 50 feet on the east side of Belle Street and being located
approximately 285 feet north of the centerline of 21st Street, is
rezoned from R-3-l200 Multiple Family Residential District to "T"
Transitional District:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
All that portion of Lot I, Block 39, Rancho San
Bernardino, in the City of San Bernardino, as
per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2,
Records of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines
of Highland Avenue and Belle Street, thence
South 341.25 feet, thence East 30 feet to the
east side of Belle Street, the true point of
beginning, thence East 166.3 feet, thence
South 50 feet, thence West 166.4 feet, thence
North 50 feet to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by refer-
ence is Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code is
amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this ordinance.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
