ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO PROVIDING ZONING
DESIGNATION R-3-3000 MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL FOR CERTAIN
DESCRIBED PROPERTY CURRENTLY PENDING ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO (PREZONE, A RECTANGULARLY-SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 1.8 ACRES LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF 42ND STREET AND "E" STREET).
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Prezoning of Certain Territory.
The following described property, a rectangularly-shaped
parcel of land consisting of approximately 1.8 acres located at
the southeast corner of 42nd Street and "E" Street, is declared
to be in the R-3-3000 Multiple Family Residential District,
effective on the effective date of annexation of the property to
the City of San Bernardino:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 4 of Arrowhead Suburban Farms
as per plat recorded in Book 21 of Maps, Page 2,
Records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, State of California, and those adjoining
streets, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Present Corporate
limits of the City of San Bernardino, said point
being the intersection of the centerlines of 42nd
Street and North "E" Street; thence South along
said centerline of North "E" Street, a distance of
282 feet more or less to the intersection with the
Westerly prolongation of the South line of that
certain parcel of land described in the deed to
Nicholas E. Tavaglione, et ux, recorded February
9, 1982, by document number 82-026205, official
Records of said County; thence East along said
Westerly prolongation and said South line, a
distance of 330 feet more or less to the Southeast
corner of said Tavaglione's parcel; thence North
along the East line of said last mentioned parcel
and the Northerly prolongation thereof, a distance
of 282 feet, more or less, to said centerline of
42nd Street and said City limit line; thence West
along said City Limit line, a distance of 330

Beginning, except portion dedicated for street
purposes.
