ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-2, A RECTANGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 16,000 SQUARE
FEET HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF MARSHALL BOULEVARD AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 240
FEET WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF DEL ROSA AVENUE).
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
16,000 square feet having a frontage of approximately 100 feet on
the north side of Marshall Boulevard and being located
approximately 240 feet west of the centerline of Del Rosa Avenue,
is rezoned from R-1-7200 Single Family Residential District to
R-3-3000 Multiple Family Residential District:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:
The East 100 feet of the West 200 feet of that
portion of Lot 6, Block 21, Orange Grove Tract
West Highlands, as per plat recorded in Book 11 of
Maps, Page 14, Records of said County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of
Lemon and Del Rosa Avenue shown on said plat;
thence North along the centerline of Del Rosa
Avenue, 200 feet; thence West to the West line of
said Lot 6; thence South 200 feet to the
centerline of Lemon Avenue; thence East to the
point of beginning.
Except that portion lying within Marshall Blvd.,
formerly Lemon Avenue.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

1 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
2 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
3 ordinance.
