ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 83-6, GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS A RECTANGULARLY-SHAPED PARCEL
OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 12,000 SQUARE FEET HAVING A
FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET ON THE EAST SIDE OF MOUNTAIN
AVENUE AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 345 FEET SOUTH OF THE
CENTERLINE OF MARSHALL BLVD.).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
7 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
II 12,000 square feet having a frontage of approximately 100 feet on
12 the east side of Mountain Avenue and being located approximately
13 345 feet south of the Centerline of Marshall Blvd.,
14 is rezoned from R-1-7200 Single Family Residential to R-2 Two
15 Family Residential district:
16 All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
17 California, described as follows:
18 The following described real property located in
the County of San Bernardino, State of California.
19 All that portion of Lot 4, Block 20, Orange Grove
Tract, West Highlands, as per plat recorded in
20 Book 11 of Maps, Page 14, records of said County,
described as follows:

Beginning at a point 20 feet East and 300 feet
South of the Northwest corner of said Lot 4;
thence East 120 feet; thence South 100 feet;
thence West 120 feet; thence North 100 feet, to
the point of beginning.
