ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 83-5, GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS AN IRREGULARLY-SHAPED PARCEL OF
LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 2.3 ACRES COMPRISING AN ENTIRE
BLOCK BOUNDED BY HIGHLAND AVENUE TO THE SOUTH, 23RD STREET TO THE
NORTH BETWEEN MT. VERNON AVENUE AND CAJON BOULEVARD).
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
2.3 acres comprising an entire block bounded by Highland Avenue
to the south, 23rd Street to the north between Mt. Vernon Avenue
and Cajon Boulevard, is rezoned from C-3A Limited General
Commercial to C-M Commercial-Manufacturing district:
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
A portion of Lot 1, Block 83, Rancho San
Bernardino as recorded in Book of Maps 7/2,
records of San Bernardino County, described as
commencing at the intersection of the centerlines
of Highland Avenue and Western Avenue; thence East
along the centerline of Highland Avenue 577.62
feet; thence North at right angles 50 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence East along the
North line of Highland Avenue 399.68 feet to a
point; thence North 108.76 feet to the south line
of Cajon Blvd.; thence Northwesterly along said
South line of Cajon Blvd. 2l2I feet; thence
Westerly along South line of 23rd Street through
various degrees and angles 4l2I feet to the
Northeasterly line of Mt. Vernon Avenue; thence
Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line of Mt.
Vernon Avenue 202.45 feet to the beginning of a
curve having a radius of 20 feet concave
Northeasterly; thence 19.15 feet along said curve
to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal

Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this

ordinance.
