ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-8, A RECTANGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 13,500 SQUARE
FEET HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF SPRUCE STREET AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 195 FEET
WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF "J" STREET).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
7 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
]0 a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
II 13,500 square feet having a frontage of approximately 100 feet on
12 the south side of Spruce Street and being located approximately
13 195 feet west of the centerline of "J" Street,
14 is rezoned from R-3-l200 Multiple Family Residential to "T"
IS Transitional district:
16 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
17 of California, described as follows:
18 Lot numbers 16 and 17 of the McFarland Subdivision
in the City of San Bernardino, California, County
19 of San Bernardino, California, as recorded in Book
of Maps 7/2, records of San Bernardino County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
