ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-11, AN IRREGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 40,000 SQUARE
FEET HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET ON THE EAST
SIDE OF "D" STREET AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 175 FEET NORTH
OF THE CENTERLINE OF MAGNOLIA STREET AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS
1515 NORTH "D" STREET).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
10 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
II an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
12 40,000 square feet having a frontage of approximately 100 feet on
13 the east side of "D" Street and being located approximately 175
14 feet north of the centerline of Magnolia Street and further
IS described as 1515 North "D" Street, is rezoned from A-P
16 Administrative-Professional and T Transitional to A-P
17 Administrative-Professional for the entire site:
18 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
19 of California, described as follows:
20 The south 100 feet of the west 400 feet of Lot 1,
Block 34, Rancho San Bernardino, in the City of
21 San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of
22 Maps, Page 2, records of said County.
23 (PARCEL NO. ONE THOUSAND, PETITION NO. 83-11.)

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
25 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino
26 Municipal Code is amended to reflect the change of zone
27 set forth in this ordinance.
