ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTERS
19.08, 19.10, 19.12, 19.14, 19.16 AND 19.18 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO
MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE THAT RESIDENTIALLY ZONED PROPERTY SHALL
NOT BE DEVELOPED TO PROVIDE VEHICULAR ACCESS TO NON-RESIDENTIALLY
ZONED PARCELS.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 19.08.100 is added to the San Bernardino

Municipal Code to read:

"19.08.100 Vehicular access to non-residentially zoned
10
parcels.
No land shall be developed to provide vehicular access to

any parcel of land that is not zoned for resident~ial uses."
SECTION 2. Section 19.10.100 is added to the San Bernardino
Municipal Code to read:
"19.10.100 Vehicular access to non-residentially zoned
parcels.
No land shall be developed to provide vehicular access to
any parcel of land that is not zoned for residential uses."
SECTION 3. Section 19.12.100 is added to the San Bernardino
Municipal Code to read:
"19.12.100 Vehicular access to non-residentially zoned
parcels.
No land shall be developed to provide vehicular access to
any parcel of land that is not zoned for residential uses."
SECTION 4. Section 19.14.100 is added to the San Bernardino
Municipal Code to read:
"19.14.100 Vehicular access to non-residentially zoned
parcels.

SECTION 5. Section 19.16.440 is added to the San Bernardino
Municipal Code to read:
"19.16.440 Vehicular access to non-residentially zoned
parcels.
No land shall be developed to provide vehicular access to
any parcel of land that is not zoned for residential uses."
SECTION 6. Section 19.18.350 is added to the San Bernardino
Municipal Code to read:
"19.18.350 Vehicular access to non-residentially zoned
parcels.
No land shall be developed to provide vehicular access to
any parcel of land that is not zoned for residential uses."
