2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-13, A .67 ACRE SITE
4 LOCATED NORTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF ELWflOOD ROAD fu~D 20TH
STREET AND APPROXIMATELY 505 FEET SOUTIl OF THE CENTERLINE OF
5 HIGHLAND AVENUE) .
6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 a .67 acre site located northwest of the intersection of Elmwood
11 Road and 20th Street and approximately 505 feet south of the
12 centerline of Highland Avenue, is rezoned from "T" Transitional to
13 C-3A Limited General Commercial district:
14 All that certain real property located in the County
of San Bernardino, State of California, described as
15 follows:
16 All that portion of the following described property
lying North of the centerline of 20th Street and its
17 Westerly prolongation, as said centerline is shown
by plat of Tract No. 3879, recorded in Book 50, page
18 50, of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County,
California; Southeasterly of the Northwesterly line
19 of the San Bernardino County Flood Control Easement
as described in Book 1488, page 59, of Official Records
20 and Southerly of the North line of Lot 51 of Tract No.
3879 as per plat recorded in Book 50, page 50, of
21 Maps, records of said County. Excepting therefrom
the West 236 feet thereof.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
25 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
26 Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
27 ordinance.
