ORDINANCE NO. MC-303
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-14, A RECTANGULARLY-
4 SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 6,480 SQUARE
FEET HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 60 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE
5 OF WATERMAN AVENUE AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 156 FEET NORTH
OF THE CENTERLINE OF 40TH STREET).

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
7 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
11 6,480 square feet having a frontage of approximately 60 feet on
12 the west side of Waterman Avenue and being located approximately
13 156 feet north of the centerline of 40th Street, is rezoned from
14 R-1-7200 Single-Family Residential to "T" Transitional district:
15 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
16 of California, described as follows:
17 The southern 60 feet of lots 10 and 11, Block 2,
Tract 1834, SAN BERNARDINO HEIGHTS, in the County
18 of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
plat recorded in Book 26 of Maps, Page 52, records
19 of said county.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
22
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
23
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
24
ordinance~
