ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
5.04 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO BUSINESS
LICENSES TO CORRECT REFERENCES TO REPEALED SECTIONS.

SECTION 1. Section 5.04.310 of the San Bernardino Municipal
7 Code is amended to read as follows:

"5.04.310 Dog kennel.
9
For every person conducting, managing or carrying on a dog
10
kennel business where dogs are boarded or bred for sale, the
11
license shall be based upon gross receipts in accordance with the
12 schedule in Section 5.04.525f. This section shall not be
1: applicable to a kennel with three or less dogs, and shall not
14 apply to veterinarians."

SECTION 2. Section 5.04.595 Subsection A of the San
16 Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to read:

"A. For every person acting as a solicitor, as defined in
18 subsection F of this section. the license fee is thirty dollars
19 per quarter or any part thereof, payable quarterly in advance,
20 except those solicitors acting as agents or representatives of a
21 place of business licensed and established in the City for a
22 period of one year under the same ownership for whom license
23 rates shall be established and paid based upon the total gross
24 receipts of the business as set forth in Section 5.04.525
25 Subsection B."
