SECTION 1. Section 3.08.020 Subsection A of the San

IBernardino Municipal Code is amended to read:
I "A. The Risk Management Coordinator, or his authorized

'budget approved by a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council

and shall prepare cheeks/warrants for such unaudited claims and

demands."

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly

adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San

Bernardino at an adjourned regular
meeting thereof, held on
