ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
SUBPARAGRAPH D OF SECTION 5.36.060 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO
MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF PRIZES AWARDED IN ONE
SESSION TO $3,000.00.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Subparagraph D. of Section 5.36.060 of the San
7 Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to read:

"D. In anyone session, after the awarding of prizes in the
9 total amount or value of three thousand dollars."
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
