2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-16, GENERALLY LOCATED
4 AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 48TH STREET AND LITTLE MOUNTAIN DRIVE).
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located at the northeast corner of 48th Street and
10 Little Mountain Drive, is rezoned from R-3-3000 Multiple Family
11
Residential to PRD-14u Planned Residential Development at 14
12
dwelling units per acre:

All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows:

All that portion of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17,
unsurveyed, in Township 1 North, Range 4 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, and being a portion of
the Muscupiabe Rancho, in the City of San Bernardino,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 1 of Maps, Page 24, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County, de-
scribed as follows:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast
1/4 of said Section 17; thence North 890 42' West
along the South line of said Northeast 1/4 40.00
feet; thence North 00 11' 38" West 30.00 feet to the
intersection of the West line of San Bernardino County
Flood Control District property with the North line
of "AII Street, also known as Forty Second Street,
and intersection being the true point of beginning;
thence North 00 11' 38" West along a line parallel
to and 40 feet Westerly, measured at right angles,
from the East line of said Section 17, said parallel
line also being the West line of the San Bernardino
County Flood Control property, a distance of 519.55
feet to a point in the Southwesterly line of the 10
feet wide right of way to the City of San Bernardino,
by deed recorded February 9, 1925, in Book 860, Page
374, Official Records; thence North 540 55' 45" West
along said Southwesterly line 345.30 feet; thence
South 00 11' 38" East, parallel to said East line of

North line of said Forty Second Street; thence South
890 42' East along said North line 281.94 feet to the
true point of beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

6 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
7 Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
