ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A. CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-17, HAVING A FRONTAGE
OF APPROXIMATELY 158 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BASELINE STREET AND
BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 550 FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF
PE~NSYLVANIA AVENUE AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS 1777 WEST BASELINE
STREET) .

8 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,

having a frontage of approximately 158 feet on the south side of
11
Baseline Street and being located approximately 550 feet east of
12
the centerline of Pennsylvania Avenue and further described as
13
1777 West Baseline Street, is rezoned from C-3A Limited General
14
Commercial, "T" Transitional and R-1-7200 Single-Family Residen-
15
tial to "T" Transitional zoning district:

All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, described as follows;

Being a division of a portion of Lot 20 and a portion
of t.he East 1/2 of Lot 19, Block 21, Rancho San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps,
Page 2, Records of said County.

Starting at the North West corner of the East 1/2 of
Lot 19, thence South 150 feet to the Point of
Beginning, thence East 369 feet to the North East
corner, thence South 130 feet to the South East
corner, thence West 369 feet to the South Hest
corner, thence North 130 feet to the North West
corner and Point of Beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
MC-317 .
