ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, N1ENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE S.AN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-18, CONSISTING OF
APPROXIMATELY 15.49 ACRES HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY
1,540 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PUMALO AND BEING LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY 204 FEET WEST OF TIlE CENTERLINE OF ARDEN AVENUE)
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
consisting of approximately 15.49 acres having a frontage of
approximately 1,540 feet on the south side of Pumalo and being
located approximately 204 feet west of the centerline of Arden
Avenue, is rezoned from PRD-12U Planned Residential Development
at 12 dvJelling units per acre to R-3-2000 Multiple Family
Residential district:
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
All those portions of Lots 3 and 4, Block 6. WEST
HIGHLAND TRACT, in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 5
of Maps, Page 77, records of said County, lying
Northerly of State Highway 30, as recorded February 21,
1968, in Book 6978, Page 429, Official Records, and
recorded January 15, 1969, in Book 7165, Page 328,
Official Records, and recorded January 15, 1969, in
Book 7165, Page 331, Official Records.
PARCEL TI'JO:
Lot 5 and the West 1/2 of Lot 6, WEST HIGHLANDS,
as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps, Page 77,
records of San Bernardino County, State of California.
TOGETHER WITH the South 21.25 feet of pumalo Street,
vacated and adjacent on the North.
