2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 2.50.010 TO APPROVE LATEST
3 AMENDMENT TO CIVIL SERVICE RULE 511 CONCERNING REDUCTION IN FORCE.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. San Bernardino Municipal Code Section 2.50.010 is
7 amended to read:

"2.50.010 Approval.
9 The Civil Service Rules and Regulations of the Civil Service
10 Board of the City duly adopted by said Board on the 20th day of
11 November, 1959, being rules 100-608, inclusive, and amendments
12 adopted subsequent thereto, including Rule Nos. 120, 301, 405,
13 408, 507 and 511, as amended, each and every Rule and Regulation
14 being on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City, are
IS approved. "
16 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
17 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
18
Bernardino at a

meeting thereof, held on
