M~~329 2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS 3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 83-20, A RECTANGULARLY- 4 SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXI~ffiTELY 0.85 ACRE, HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 375 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 5 COLTON AVENUE AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 695 FEET SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTING CENTERLINE OF HILLCREST AVENUE AND COLTON AVENUE) 6 7 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 8 9 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino 10 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property, 11 a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 12 0.85 acre, having a frontage of approximately 375 feet on the 13 north side of Colton Avenue and being located approximately 695 14 feet south of the intersecting centerline of Hillcrest Avenue and 15 Colton Avenue, is rezoned from C-3A, Limited General Commercial, 16 to PRD-14U, Planned Residential Development at 14 dwelling units 17 per acre: 18 All that real property situated in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: 19 20 The southeast 100 feet of Lots 99, 98, 97, 96, 95, 94, and 93 in the Coburn Lots EX McDonald's Hot Springs Subdivision Tract No. 2790 and that portion of Lot 100 of said Coburn Lots subdivision described as follows: 21 22 23 Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 100 in a southwesterly direction along the northwesterly line of Colton Avenue a distance of 25 feet; thence right angle in a northwesterly direction along a line parallel to the northeasterly line of said Lot 100 a distance of 100 feet; thence right angle in a northeasterly direction parallel to the northwesterly line of Colton Avenue a distance of 25 feet; thence right angle in a southeasterly direction along the northeastern line of said Lot 100 a distance of 100 feet to point of beginning. 24 25 26 27 28 L MC- JZ<J- , 1 II II I SECTION 2.
