ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ADDING SECTION
3.44.170 TO THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR
REVIEW OF TAX UPON SERVICE CHARGE INCREASE.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 3.44.170 is added to the San Bernardino
7
Municipal Code to read:

"3.44.170 Review of tax upon service charge increase.
9
Whenever the charge for any service upon which a tax is
10
imposed by this chapter is increased, the Mayor and Common
11
Council shall review the increased charge and determine whether
12
or not the service users tax shall be modified."
